Healthy Snacks For Toddlers With Allergies
Healthy snacks are hard to find, especially if you are new to the allergy world. Thankfully I’m sharing the healthy snacks for toddlers with allergies with you!
1. Applesauce
Applesauce is basically apples blended into a thick, yellow sauce. It is easy for toddlers to eat due to it being very mushy and it is very easy to digest.
2. Mashed Potato
Mashed potato is usually made with dairy, but you can use a variety of healthy oils such as olive or coconut oil.
3. Smoothies
Smoothies are a combo of different fruits blended into a creamy drink. It is very good for your health depending on what fruits you use.
4. Fruit
Fruit is good for the body and very healthy, they are commonly put in salads and eaten with vegetables.
5. Homemade Meatballs
They are good for kids with lots of allergies because they are made with mostly ground meat and salt. You can make it yourself in batches and freeze, then you can warm up a little at a time as needed.
6. Apple Slices and Coconut Butter
Apple slices are a common snack by now, but when you combine them with coconut butter it is very delicious and gives extra nutrients. I’d recommend using Fuji and Pink Lady apples.
7. Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs are very easy to eat and require very little chewing. They are very healthy and taste good at the same time. This is a common allergy, but this is a good option for people who can’t have other stuff but can have eggs.
8. Bananas
Bananas are a yummy snack that requires chewing. I really like them with honey and/or raisins. They taste great. They are easy for toddlers to eat and very healthy.
9. Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is a blend of fruits kind of like a smoothie but not blended. It is very nutritious as it uses lots of different fruits that are easy and healthy to eat.
10. Mashed Avocado
Mashed Avocado is a very good choice for toddlers, it tastes very good and it provides lots of nutrients. This is a common ingredient in most salads and can be used in lots of blends.
11. Paleo Puffs
Paleo puffs are a healthy snack and really help your toddler feel happy! I would recommend picking a few up and eating these whenever you feel sad. It is better to eat this with a drink as it may make your throat a bit dry but it tastes very good.
12. Apple Chips
These are a great pick for people with allergies because it’s just apples dehydrated. Overall this is a great find and very healthy, if you found this you are very lucky.
